Guidance for PTMF 2019 Audience



RESERVATION CHECK


 Ticket Booth Hours of Operation 

- Friday, June 7, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

- Saturday & Sunday, June 8-9, 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.


- After staff checks your ID and ticket reservation and receives your ticket deposit fee, you will be issued a Cheorwon local gift certificate.

- After receiving your entrance wristband, you must wear it in order to enter the festival and each performance stage.

- Festival staff will issue each entrance wristband individually and proxy entrance is not allowed.

- Admission wristbands are checked at the festival entrance area and at each stage, and must be worn at all times. Three-day passes must be worn for the duration of the festival. Please use caution, as lost or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued.

- In the case of special programs at Soi Mountain and Woljeong-ri Station, whether you are wearing wristbands or not, festival staff will check reservations.




ENTRANCE INFORMATION


 Gate Opening Hours 

- Friday, June 7, 6:00-10:00 p.m.

- Saturday & Sunday, June 8-9, 1:00-10:00 p.m.


- On-site entry will proceed in order of arrival.

- For safety reasons, entrance will be limited to the maximum number of people permitted in one performance space.

- Each performance space will check for wristbands and dangerous items.

- Entry at the Nodongdangsa special program is reservation-less, first come first served, and also limited to the maximum number of - people permitted.




VIEWING INFORMATION


- Performance artists and scheduled times may be subject to change under certain circumstances.

- Seating mats are allowed in the designated picnic zone, along with standard-sized canopy tents (2100x2100x1600mm) and folding chairs. However, the picnic area may have limited space.

- Holding spots for others inside the performance venues disrupts other audience members and is not permitted. Staff reserve the right to impose restrictions.

- Organizers, artists and the performance venue are not responsible for any incidents or theft caused by attendees’ negligence. Please take care of your personal safety and valuables.

- Regular photography is allowed; however live performance photography, video and broadcast is prohibited.




PROHIBITED ITEMS


- Portable gas burners, torches, fireworks, and other inflammables

- Regular tents(besides canopy tents), carriers over 24 inches, and other oversized items

- Bicycles or electric vehicles on wheels (wheelchairs and baby strollers are exceptions)

- Glass bottles, glasses and other breakable items

- Knives and other items that can be used as weapons

- Flags are allowed, but may not be left tied or planted in any particular area




MISCELLANEOUS


- For purchasing alcohol inside the festival, you must receive an adult certification wristband. Please bring an ID card.

- There is no food allowed inside the standing area. Please use the food and seating areas.

- Smoking is not allowed on festival grounds and is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

- Please report and check all lost belongings at the information booth.

- Photography and video will be recorded during the festival and may be used in future Peace Train promotional material. Images of audience members may incidentally appear.

- The performances will happen as planned, rain or shine. The information booth will have single-use ponchos available, one per each wristband holder. Please prepare appropriate clothing for weather changes. 


 Storage Area Information 

- Hours of Operation: 1 Hour Before Doors Open – 30 Minutes After Final Performance

- Fee: 3,000 won / Re-storage 1,000 won (Cash Only) 




SHUTTLE & PARKING INFORMATION


 Cheorwon-Area Free Shuttle 

1. Sincheorwon Express Bus Terminal Route

- Hours of Operation: 11 a.m. - 24 a.m. (1 hour round trip)

- Route: Shincherwon Express Bus Terminal ↔ Public Parking Lot ↔ Goseokjeong


2. Dongsong Terminal Route

- Hours of Operation: 11 a.m. - 24 a.m. (1 hour round trip)

- Route: Dongsong Bus Terminal ↔ Jiktang Waterfall Accommodations ↔ Goseokjeong


 Nodongdangsa ↔ Goseokjeong Shuttle Information  (Friday, June 7)

- Ggoggama bus seat reservations are 3-5 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis (3 trips total)

- Following the Nodongdangsa performance, the bus will move to Goseokjeong (advance reservations + reserved seats available)


 Shuttle Bus Information  For the convenience of DMZ Peace Train Music Festival attendees, we have prepared a free shuttle bus.

- Please make sure you have all your belongings when leaving the bus. The hosts and organizers are not responsible for any lost belongings.

- The scheduled travel time may be changed due to traffic conditions or number of passengers.

- Following the end of performances, there may be a long boarding wait time due to the increased number of passengers. As there is no compensation in case of inability to attend performances or to return home, please plan accordingly and arrive to the bus departure area in advance.

- We reserve the right to refuse boarding to attendees with disruptively unpleasant behavior (drunkenness, excessive noise, dangerous items, unacceptably rude behavior, etc.)

- A sign will announce the boarding location. You are advised to check the location in advance.

- Please check the correct destination before boarding.    


 Parking Lots 



  P1: Jangheung-ri 10-12, Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do

  P2: Naedae-ri 550, Galmal-eup, Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do

  P3: Galmal-ro 75, Galmal-eup, Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do

  P4: Galmal-ro 53-1, Galmal-eup, Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do



- Parking lot number order is arranged by closest to farthest distance from Goseokjeong.

- P1 parking lot is 10 minutes by foot from the festival site.

- P2, P3, P4 parking lots are accessible by free shuttle bus from Sincheorwon Express Bus Terminal. As access may differ by parking lot, please check with on-site staff for details.

- Parking is free for the duration of the festival.
