Q. Which day of the festival may I attend with a one-day pass?

A. A one-day pass is reserved for a specific date. You may only attend on the day for which you make a reservation. 



Q. May I change the ticket date? 

A. Direct date changes are not allowed. If you would like to change your attendance date, you may cancel your existing ticket and make another reservation for the new date. 



Q. How can I receive my ticket?

A. All DMZ Peace Train Music Festival 2019 tickets are will call only. After confirming your reservation and paying the deposit (10,000 won per person) at check-in, you will receive your admission wristband with a gift card.  

*Gift card is usable anywhere within the festival grounds and in Cheorwon-area convenience stores, accommodations, etc.



Q. Are tickets available for purchase on-site?

A. Only one-day / day-of passes are available by paying a mandatory deposit (10,000 won per person). Then you will receive a gift card, usable anywhere within the festival grounds and in Cheorwon-area convenience stores, accommodations, etc. As on-site ticket availability may vary or sell out early, online ticket reservations are recommended.



Q. May I transfer my ticket to someone else?

A. Arbitrary transactions are not permitted for any DMZ Peace Train tickets. Any damage incurred from such transactions will not be compensated by the hosts or organizers. 



Q. Do children also need reservations?

A. Preschool children (age 7 and under) accompanied by a parent or guardian may attend the festival without separate reservations.
